Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow potential customers to contact us for pool cleaning and maintenance services. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

Service Area

Aqua Lecu Pool Services operates in Central Florida, including Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Apopka, and St. Cloud. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our service area at our discretion.

Service Agreements

• All services are provided on a no-contract basis unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Free estimates are provided before any work begins
• Pricing is subject to change based on pool size, condition, and service required
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason

Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work unless a separate payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods as communicated by our team. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of your scheduled service slot.

SMS Messaging Terms

By separately and affirmatively consenting to receive SMS communications, you agree that Aqua Lecu Pool Services may send recurring customer-care and service-related text messages to the mobile number you provide.

Messages may include responses to pool-service inquiries, estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, and pool-service updates.

Message frequency varies depending on your service request and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may submit a service request without agreeing to receive text messages. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your participation in the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including our commitment not to sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Aqua Lecu Pool Services provides all services in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to pool equipment, surfaces, or plumbing
• Damage caused by circumstances beyond our control including weather, power outages, or acts of nature
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics are the property of Aqua Lecu Pool Services and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
